CG Revolution Tumbling ProgramsSame great coaching staff! Cheerleading, tumbling and dance build athleticism, teamwork, leadership, confidence, body awareness, and friendships/teamwork skills. They are great activities for kids to have fun and stay fit!
All class athletes should wear comfortable "work out" attire. Tennis shoes are OK. No jewelry and hair should be worn up and out of the face.

Ninja Warrior Training & TumblingLearn an all new sport inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and freestyle movement. Class goals: listening skills, confidence, trying new things, manners and gross motor movement. We accomplish all of this through a strategic mix of tumbling skills, progressions, contests and fun! *Includes warrior headband.
Itsy Bitsy TumblingA beginning class that uses gross and fine motor movement mixed with games, music and basic beginning tumbling skills. Class will focus on skills based on abilities of tumblers attending.

Intro to TumblingLearn drills and work hard on your tumbling skills! New tumblers will learn fundamental drills and skills with the proper technique beginning tumbling skills: stretching, flexibility, conditioning, and strength building drills, gross and fine motor skills, forward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs and more!
Tumbling SkillsLearn drills and hard work on your tumbling skills! This class is for tumblers who have taken a class previously. We will focus on beginner-intermediate skills with the proper technique for tumbling skills. *Recommend previous Intro to tumbling class before this class - will focus on skills based on abilities of tumblers present in class.
Intro to Acro and TumblingLearn all about the new sport of Acro and Tumbling. Use a combination of gymnastics and cheer stunting to perform cool lifts and stunts. Learn basic tumbling skills and have fun learning about an all new sport that was recently adapted by the NCAA as an official college sport! No experience necessary.
